A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.
Domek Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered when possible.
