🌿 Community-Based Tourism
👥 Small Groups (2–10 Travelers)
Experience the Sierra Nevada Through Kogui Eyes
Most visitors to Santa Marta see the mountains.
Very few have the opportunity to understand them.
This experience takes you beyond the usual tourist routes and into the Indigenous community of Tayku, where local Kogui guides share their traditions, worldview and connection with nature.
Together with your Domek guide and translator, you will learn how the Kogui people have preserved their culture for centuries while maintaining a deep relationship with the land they consider sacred.
This is not a performance.
It is a genuine cultural exchange built on years of trust and collaboration between Domek Tours and the Tayku community.
